Direct access to Pocahontas Spearhead Trail in VA and 500mi of OFF Road adventures from our location On Rt 52 just 13 miles from I-77 exit 1 This upstairs unit features 3 bedroom, 2 full baths with a full kitchen, dining room, sun room, living room and a washer/dryer. It will sleep 10 or 12 and is fully equipped with towels, linens, utensils, coffeemaker, full size fridge, oven, pots/pans, microwave and crock pot, grills, picnic tables, fire-pits, basically everything you need to cook or heat up your meals. There is plenty of room to park your vehicles and unhook your trailers to be ready to go out on the town after a full day of trail riding or just kick back relax and enjoy the amenities. Direct Trailhead access to over 500 miles of West Virginia's Trails and Virginia's most popular trails. Ride Four Hatfield McCoy trail systems from our Trailside location: Pocahontas, Indian Ridge, Pinnacle and the new Warrior Trails and Virginia's Spearhead trails. We offer Trail permits, Trail GPS tablets, T-shirts, firewood and Guide services for applicable Fees. Discounts for multiple unit rentals (Coaldale Condo/Miners Den) available.Truly a Four Wheeler Heaven! Rent all three units for complete Privacy including the Pool Too ! Pool in season from Memorial to Labor Days. Guests have access to private, secure parking for vehicles, trailers and ATVs; a heated swimming pool shared with other guests; and a back yard. When you book, you'll be given a door code that will unlock the front door during your stay. Owners live 15 minutes away and can be reached by telephone anytime for questions or concerns. Home is in a rural setting, surrounded by mountains, with few neighbors and many ATV trail systems within riding distance. Located directly on Route 52, within 15 minute drive of shopping and dining in Bluefield and Princeton, WV. Bramwell is accessible via car (3 minutes) or ATV (15-20 minutes) Trail permits are REQUIRED to ride on the Hatfield-McCoy Trail System. Please let us know if you need trail permits; we can include them in the total cost of your stay and have them ready when you arrive.
