This 3 bedroom apartment is peaceful, quiet, and comfortable. It's conveniently located to nearly everything southern WV and southwestern VA has to offer. With 3 bedrooms and 4 beds, it's large enough for a family, while being cozy enough for an individual. This apartment is about a 1/2 mile from Princeton Community Hospital, making it perfect for medical travelers. The exterior of the building is well lit after dark, and located in a safe neighborhood. This is a non-smoking space. This is a second story apartment. There is a flight of steps from the parking area to the door of the apartment. This unit is the first one you come to at the top of the steps. Guests have access to all of apartment A, the balcony, the parking lot. I will be available by text or phone call. My contact info will appear after your reservation is confirmed. Quiet neighborhood with a few businesses and several single family homes. This area is car dependent. It's close to everything, but New Hope Rd (WV state route 20) does not have paved sidewalks, so walking would not be recommended. Please be considerate of neighboring guests. This is a quiet neighborhood. Also, this is a NON-SMOKING space, so there should not be smoking of any kind anywhere on the entire property.
