Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. We are located on Rt. 119 in Chapmanville within just a few miles of several of the Hatfield/McCoy Trails, restaurants, grocery stores etc. Burger King is within walking distance as well as Dunkin (opening fall 2023) and Exxon gas station. Rocky trails is located on several acres in a beautiful mountain setting and only 5 minutes from the trail connector and chief Logan state park. Grill/firepit area with plenty outdoor seating. We have 3 bedrooms ….1 queen bed…2 twin beds…a full bunk with twin upper and a pull out sofa. 2 full baths. Lots of privacy with this property. Complete house excluding a rear lockoff area. Your available area is a living room, laundry room, 2 full baths, kitchen/dining area, 3 bedrooms as well as several acres with a firepit/grilling area. This neighborhood is a quaint country setting just off Rt. 119. Exxon and Burger King are in walking distance as well as Dunkin (opening August 2023). Several restaurants nearby consist of Parkway drive inn, Giovanni’s (2 locations) as well as Burger King, Wendy’s, dairy delight and Mexican restaurants. Try The broken axel restaurant & McCoy Station! We have plenty of parking on premises and you are permitted to park in the lawn area. Just please…no rough driving to destroy lawn.
