Reagan’s Retreat is a tiny home with lots of space for the avid ATV rider family or group to enjoy their time together. Equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom with shower. It has one bedroom with a queen size bed and plenty of storage and has a loft area with a full size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa. It also has a grill and fire pit outside so everyone can gather after a day of riding for a meal together or just sitting around the fire to relax. We are a short 20-minute drive from I-77. Our property is in the ATV friendly town of Montcalm, Close to the neighboring towns of Ashland, Bluewell, Bramwell, Rock, Northfork and Crumpler. Riders can access Pocahontas Trail from Methodist Hill behind the home with connector trails to Indian Ridge, Pinnacle Creek, and Warrior systems for a combined total of over 400 miles of connected map and marked trails.
