Great walking and biking. Although very rare it is possible for utilities to go out - examples include a power outage, main water break, internet outage etc. Unfortunately things happen that are out of our control. If this happens during your stay no credit will be given. If you are staying more that a couple of days you may need to purchase additional supplies for your stay.
