Walk one block to Tudor’s biscuit World and have breakfast, Walking distance to Piggly wiggly. Convenient access to CAMC ,Down town,UC,And Yeager Airport. 3 Bedrooms. But 1 bedroom is very small (couch bed)no tv. Bathroom has a low ceiling. The vent in the first bedroom (closest to the front door) is loud when it kicks on (it's a old house )Cable tv only in the living room. Offers kitchen (Utensils ,glassware and pots), full bathroom, washer and dryer, living room, dining area, backyard and front porch. Also you have free parking right in front of the house .You can park a RV or a Boat or larger Vehicle next to the house's empty yard property. Video Doorbell Wireless Security Cameras at the outside of property . Livingroom 3 bedrooms bathroom kitchen dinning room You will be able to reach us fairly quickly during your stay. You can text me or call me at anytime to assist you with any of your needs or give you any referrals! This home is all about location and convenience! near restaurants and shopping centers. Charleston does have a public bus system. Getting around this area I suggest by car. ***ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, PARTYING, ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES, OR LATE CHECK OUT!!! Doorbell Wireless Security Camera at the front and back door. Absolutley no covering or tampering with the cameras! Do not remove any products - You may use them while staying only. DO NOT OPEN the closet door/covering in the living room! It has a heating and cooling unit in it and is not meant to be opened. There is NO ACCESSS to the back porch closet, it has a hot water tank in it. WHEN CHECKING OUT - Please leave the HEAT on 68° in the WINTER. And the COOL on 78° in the SUMMER. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $50 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (5guests) Front door- Only Press 🔒 at the door key pad when leaving the house to lock it. Living room Tv- Click on left red tv bottom on the tv remote to turn on tv Shower- Only turn barley towards left on the shower handle to get hot water . Bedroom tv does not have cable access
