Back to the 50's guest house old Cape Cod Bungalow, with a facelift, once surrounded by corn & hay fields, now a neighborhood, but plenty of lawn and private back yard. Quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes from I-77, Concord University, parks, waterfalls and beautiful scenery .Not far to Winter Place Ski Resort, New River rafting and bridge, Brush Creek, Sandstone and Cascade Falls, Mountain Lake Resort, Greenbrier Resort and many walking trails. The house has living room, dining room, kitchenette, kitchen, 1.5 baths, master bedroom downstairs. Loft: two bedrooms with two extra beds, one fold away and one air mattress Entire house and lawn with exception to where work is being done.
