This beautifully updated 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Apartment features a complete kitchen with all the necessities. Free Wifi and just a short ride to all the trail systems. 2 TV's with DVD players & Netflix access. Walking distance to shopping & restaurants. Includes two queen bed, towels & washcloths for 4 guests, and a charcoal grill on the covered balcony. Central air & heat. Pets allowed with additional fee. This rental has queen beds in both bedrooms. Towels and washcloths are included for four guests. It was just remodeled with brand new paint throughout, a new central heating and air HVAC unit, new bedding, & new flooring. This rental includes a complete kitchen with all of the necessities, from pots and pans down to silverware, and a full-size stove & refrigerator! We have supplied everything down to the hangers to hang your clothes on inside of a full-size closets with dressers in both bedrooms. There is a TV in the living room and one of the bedrooms, with a DVD player at each TV to watch your favorite Red Box movies on. The living room even has a leather duel reclining sofa. Additional perks for this property include the charcoal grill for your use on your private, covered, back patio! It is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants such as, Dollar General, Gino’s Pizza, to a local favorite ‘Lynn’s Drive-In Restaurant’, a gas station, Advanced Auto, and even a laundromat. Razor and ATV riding is legal on all streets in this town. You can park your truck and trailer in the parking lot and ride straight to the trails. Great cell service, FREE Wi-Fi, and it is only a short ride to all of the trail systems. Side Note: You will have to go up steps to get to this two-bedroom apartment style nightly rental. Contactless check in and check out is a must. You are emailed your door code the day of check in and once inside you have an extra security door lock. t3PM check-in & 11AM check-out. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee. t2-night minimum stay required which will include all of the luxuries you have in your own home. tPETS WELCOMED! $100 non-refundable pet fee will be required though due to the extensive deep cleaning conducted after a pet has visited.
