The remodeled historic 1880 Bramwell House and adjacent accommodations at the base of Mt. Me offer spacious accommodations with parking. Just a mile from Hatfield McCoy trail head and 5 miles from Virginia Spearhead trails. Pinnacle Rock State park and Look Out is just one mile from our front door. The Main Lodge is only rented to one group at a time. Only Your group will be inhabiting the house during your stay. Our beautiful 5 bed room, 2 bath + bonus room with lounge is # 1 in Hatfield McCoy lodging. Months that have cooler below freezing temperatures we do shut down the ATV pressure washer, guest laundry and outdoor showers. Please feel free to call or text anytime. The Busted ATV Resort is owned and operated by ATV nuts, for ATV nuts. Offering you the comforts of home including everything you need for the perfect stay. Main lodge -Central heat and air, ceiling fans, wifi, smart streaming Tv's, large front porch, plenty of parking for your ATVs and Trailers, outdoor boot wash station, Turbo Master Boot Dryer, laundry and more. Winter Rates (November 13th - March 18th) are special accommodations that you must first contact us for availability and pricing before booking will be accepted . Here at Busted ATV Resort, one of the ways we offer you large beautifully remolded homes for a Great Price In-season months (April - October)is by Winterizing our homes during the cold months. This greatly reduces our cost and yours. If your planing a winter trip and would like to use the Resort contact us first. We require a 90 day notice on Bookings from mid November to Mid March.
