For the ultimate in space and privacy, The Whole House accommodates groups of up to 24 people with all the features of home. Enjoy private access to our outdoor swimming pool & direct access over 500 mi. Hatfield-McCoy Trails and Spearhead Trails! The Whole House is all three of our units - the larger Blizzards Roost, and two smaller units the Coaldale Condo and Miners Den(ADA) - available to rent as a group and offered at a discounted rate. The top two floors (The Blizzards Roost) features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a full kitchen, dining room, sun room, living room and a washer/dryer, range and dish washer. It has two HD TV's and a stereo connected to HD service with Wi-Fi coverage through-out the house. The lower floor units (Coaldale Condo and Miners Den) are connected by a lock-out door and feature a combined 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths 1ADA,, a full kitchen and a half kitchen, a stacked washer/dryer unit and three TVs, one is a smart TV. All three units are fully equipped with towels, linens, utensils, coffeemaker's and crock pot's, stove/oven or hotplate, full size fridge's, microwave's - basically everything you need to feel right at home. Beds include 3 queens, 12 twin XL, 1 full, 2 twin, and 3 couch beds. Corn-hole and freezbie-golf, (one station) on site. Plenty of parking for the big rigs too! Great WiFi! Guests have access to private, secure parking for vehicles, trailers and ATVs; a heated swimming pool shared with other guests; and a grill and fire pit. When you book, you'll be given a door code that will unlock the front door during your stay. Owners live 15 minutes away and can be reached by telephone anytime for questions or concerns. Home is in a rural setting, surrounded by mountains, with few neighbors and many ATV trail systems within riding distance. Located directly on Route 52, within 15 minute drive of shopping and dining in Bluefield and Princeton, WV. Bramwell is accessible via car (3 minutes) or ATV (15-20 minutes) Trail permits are REQUIRED to ride on the Hatfield-McCoy Trail System. Please let us know if you need trail permits; we can include them in the total cost of your stay and have them ready when you arrive. Also note that listed rates do not include 12% tax (6% state and 6% local hotel/motel); if you choose to book, your rate will be adjusted 12% to include taxes.
