Take your pick of either the Virginia Spearhead or Hatfield McCoy Trails and explore coal country from this newly renovated coal camp house built in 1921. Whether you're into history, trout or smallmouth fishing, hiking, trail riding, kayaking, music, or just want to get away from the busy city life, the mountains will fulfill your needs and leave you wanting more. - Separate garage for more atv or vehicle parking - Walking distance (less than 0.5 miles) from Exhibition Coal Mine, Ole No. 3 Restaurant and Bar, and Dollar General - Private yard with fire pit and outdoor dining table - Located at the end of the street - No neighbors on either side - Clothes line for drying wet/muddy trail clothes full access to property except for the attic and the staircase going up to it in the back yard. we are currently working on renovating the upstairs into a small private bedroom, but until it is completed no guests will be allowed upstairs. For safety reasons, we also ask that no guests go on the stairs until they are fully replaced and updated. Most towns in the area are ATV friendly and allow them on the roads. However, ATVs must be off the roads from dusk until dawn for safety reasons.
