Large Living Room - 2 Full Sofas and 1 Love Seat (Cards and Poker Chips along with a few games are there for those rainy days) Work Area w/desk and printer Carport Covered front porch, Covered side deck and uncovered deck behind garage Additional Charges will apply when booking for over 8 guests. This will include a fee per guest per night along with linen fees. You will have access to the entire property Quiet area just minutes from downtown Welch I spend a lot of time at the house myself and enjoy getting away from my busy life in NC. I try to keep it stocked with everything you would need to feel at home and am always adding new stuff after my visits. The house was my Dad's and by renting it out we are able to keep it. It is an 80's doublewide that has been added on to. It is very comfortable and clean but please note this is not a new house. We are adding new updates as we go. The property is private and there is no visible neighbors around. It is located on Hwy 52 / Coal Heritage Road and there are coal trucks and traffic and it can get noisy when sitting outside. The yard is lined with trees which helps but you can still hear those coal trucks during the week. My favorite part of staying at the house is that you truly feel like you are away from it all. The area is very laid back and the people run at a much slower pace which makes you feel like you have went back in time in a way. They are friendly and good down home folks.
