Bring the whole family to this creek side, 3 bedroom cozy cottage for a relaxing stay. Located one minute off of I-77. Close to the Appalachian trail, Pipestem, Hatfield and McCoy Trail, and Winterplace Ski resort. It is the perfect base for nearby attractions. Child friendly with a playroom, a large living room with games, movies, and a TV to access your favorite streaming apps, and a stocked kitchen to enjoy meals. Find your home away from home in our quaint cottage nestled in the rural small town with a creek side view. The cottage is conveniently located right off the interstate, tucked in behind a school. There is room for multiple car parking. This charming 3 bedroom cottage is small but spacious enough for a small family. You will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We strive to provide you a nice, clean homey place for your stay. Please be aware that the interstate will be heard from the front porch. The neighbors have some dogs, and if it is noisy please call us, we can call them and deal with the noise. There is a large privacy fence between the properties. We are in a rural area, so food and entertainment are a drive away. There are many things to do and for more ideas I have provided an informative welcome book. If you want to stay for an overnight stay or even a weekend, This place can be accommodating. The yard, creek side, and whole house is yours to use. The few neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. In a little neighborhood, behind the local high school. The school has a basketball court and children's playground, two minutes walk across the bridge that is open to the public after school hours during the academic year- summer, its open daytime hours. Private parking area for three cars and parking across the bridge at the school after school hours, for additional parking. We have provided coffee, tea, creamers, oatmeal packets, to go coffee cups and a couple bottles of water to assist with your travel. We have provided starter logs for the fire pit by the creek. Extra can be purchased at Woody's gas station or Love's truck stop.
