Huge house for large or small groups of ATV Riders or visitors to the area. Pocahontas Hatfield & McCoy Trail #16 is 3 miles away. Connect to Indian Ridge & go to Pinnacle, Warrior & Outlaw Trails. Spearhead is 15 min. Lots of parking for 8+ trucks & trailers! Ride your ATV anywhere! Enjoy a propane fireplace on cold days. Buffalo Trail Restaurant is across the road. Gas, permits, grocery, car wash, and laundromat are nearby. Pet fee is $60. Bedroom One has 2 queens and 2 twin beds Main Bedroom Two has 1 king bed Bedroom Three has 1 queen and 1 twin Bedroom Four has 1 queen bed Bedroom Five has 1 queen and 1 twin The large family room is 20 x 30 and has a Lazyboy pullout sofa and there’s an Airbed available No bunkbeds Quail Rd is the first green state rd. sign to the left past Buffalo Trail Resort. Go over the bridge and stay to the left. Stay straight. Go to the very end of Quail Rd and the house has a red roof. Trucks and trailers HAVE TO ENTER the upper left gravel driveway and turn left. This driveway loops downward. You drive to the lower end and backup your trailer into the graveled area in the corner. Two trucks and trailers can park in this corner. This will allow more room for trucks and trailers to park on the lower gravel. Large trailers over 30ft need to exit out the upper gravel road where you entered. Guests can contact me through email, text or call my phone. Children play in the road so drive slowly on Quail Rd. Sometimes the neighbor's little dog will come up the driveway. He is a friendly dog. Trailers enter at the upper, left gravel driveway and exit at the lower driveway. Stay on the gravel especially with wet weather because the ground is slippery on the hillside. Don't park in front of the house. You can drive your ATV on the gravel behind the house and unload at the patio. I own the yellow trailer behind the house. Sometimes, my husband and I will stay there when we visit the area. I occasionally will rent it out mid April to October.
