Welcome to our charming retreat near downtown Charleston, WV. Enjoy city life and peaceful woodland surroundings. Our cozy home offers a full-size bed, couch, 2 big TVs, free Wi-Fi, keyless entry and you can park two cars. Relax amid West Virginia's natural beauty, not far from Kanawha State Forest, or travel downtown for exciting events like Live on the Levee. We have complimentary coffee, snacks, popcorn, movies, bathroom amenities, a washer/dryer with detergent, and fabric softener. It feels very homey. The air conditioning and heat work great. Everything in the home is new. Lots of complimentary items. We have extra pillows and extra blankets. It's very quiet here. You have access to everything on the main floor, but not downstairs or upstairs. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out. It's quite. There are a few people that live on this road, but you hardly see or hear them. It's safe up here. You'll occasionally see deer in the yard. If you drive about 5 minutes to the main road, downtown Charleston is just across the river. So you're less than 10 minutes away from everything happening downtown. However if you want to drive to the Kanawha State Forest, it's about 10 or 15 minutes away.
