Near the former Hobet Mine. About 20 minutes from the Southridge shopping center and lots of dinner options in Charleston. You have access to the entire apartment and the shared patio and fire pit. Food trucks will be parking in the lot next to the apartment over the summer, so the patio may be busy at times. This can be rented alongside HCC Apt 1 (same duplex) to sleep a total of up to 19 people at the same location. Cell service in the area can be bad with certain carriers. However, wifi is available!
