Mountain Trails Big Cabin

WELCOME TO MOUNTAIN TRAILS OFF-ROAD LODGING WV We are a small campground but have 2 additional cabins and several campsites that are ideal for either tent camping or toy hauler/RV camping. Our Deluxe furnished cabin is equipped with AC/heat and full size fridges. We cater to ATV, SXS, and off road riders who come to the Southern West Virginia area to ride the trails here. Situated close to HMT and outlaw trails. You can ride from camp with no need to trailer your machines. By renting this house you agree to the following terms and conditions: REMINDER NOTICE: You are responsible for printing and bringing the reminder notice that we will email to you when your final payment is received. The reminder notice will have the physical address of the community for your GPS, gate access instructions, the door entry code as well as some other important information. If you have not received this reminder notice with your final payment confirmation you must let us know prior to your arrival date. CHECK-IN is at 10:00 AM or after. CHECK OUT is at 6:00 PM or earlier. You must check out by 6:00 PM; otherwise, any delays to the check-out give us a charge by the cleaning company is USD $100 per fraction and/or entire hour delayed on your check-out and this charge will be passed on to you via Resolution Center. We reserve the right to remove any luggage and other personal belongings from the house. OWNER: Owner shall provide all utilities, furnishings, towels, linens and starter bathroom supplies. Owner is not responsible for any utility or cable/internet interruptions during the guests stay but will make every attempt to have the utility/cable company restore their services as soon as possible. GUEST: Guest agrees to leave unit in the same condition as found. Furniture must be in the same location as when you arrived. Dishes, pots and pans must be properly cleaned as to not have any baked on food, all trash (water bottles, boxes, bags etc) must be picked up and put out for the trash during your stay and upon departure. Any damage to the unit will be your responsibility. You are responsible for making sure the cabin/home is properly secured at all times. Owner assumes no liability for property loss or damage, nor liability for accidents or injury. **Service calls deemed non-emergencies where a staff member made it out to the property and a non-emergency service was provided after hours will incur a $75 fee. Note that our ability to respond to unforeseen circumstances may vary on a third party provider.** The house will be inspected before your arrival and immediately after your departure.
