The living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and full bath are on the upper level. The two bedrooms have queen beds. A second full bath and rec room with ping pong table are on the lower level. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics for meal prep plus extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. *** We offer a 40% discount to travel nurses, residents, and fellows for stays of 30 + days. The South Ruffner neighborhood is a favorite place for walking, running, and biking. The University of Charleston is an integral part of the neighborhood; fun community events, like Symphony Sunday and Wine & Jazz Music Festival, happen annually on the UC lawn.
