Perfect for large groups up to 14 guests. The Hatfield House is located in the town of Man. Plenty of parking to accommodate several vehicles, haulers, and ATV's/UTV's. Easy access to not only the Hatfield McCoy Trails, gas stations, restaurants, bar and grill, grocery store. We are an official Hatfield-McCoy Trail pass vendor. The Hatfield House Total of 2 units with full kitchens, full size refrigerators, living rooms including 2 private bathrooms in each unit. Unit 1 Downstairs - Sleeps 7 - Bedroom 1 has set of bunk beds with full on bottom and twin on top. Bedroom 2 has 1 set of twin bunks and 1 twin bed. Living room has 2 full size futons and couch. Unit 2 Upstairs - Sleeps 7 - Bedroom 1 has set of bunk beds with full on bottom and twin on top. Bedroom 2 has set of bunk beds with full on bottom and twin on top and a set of twin bunks. Living room has full size futon and reclining couch. This Property also has an extra Bath House/Laundry Room for use of all of our guests, as well as use of a washer and dryer. You will have access to all units on the property. Trail permits available upon request. Located in the ATV/UTV friendly Town of Man. We have several eating establishments such as Bar and Grill, Auto Parts, ATV repair and 15 minutes from Walmart. The Town also provides 24hr police protection. You will need to bring towels, wash cloths, soap and toiletries. We provide sheets, blankets and pillows.
