A&B Trail House has a huge driveway for Big Trailers, NO trailering to the Devil Anse, Rock House and Buffalo Trail connectors, only 5-7 min away. This spacious 3 bedroom home is two miles from a Dollar Store and 5 min from gas and cafes. Conveniently located and supplied with a full kitchen and bath. Towels Linens Soaps Utensils Pots Pans are present. Wifi throughout, 4 TV’s, big living room and deck. Quiet, Peaceful, Comfortable and Super Clean. Come Stay!! We are great hosts. A 16x20 Screened-in Porch houses an outside dining table with lighted fan, a remote work station, a compact refrigerator and two recliners and chairs. A new gas grill sits on an attached deck enhanced by a fire pit and a double-seated swing. Inside is a king, queen, full and twin sized-bed with a futon and blown-up mattress. Full size kitchen and bath and laundry unit is present. Hair dryers, an iron and board and vacuum are provided. Four TVs, a variety of DVDs, Board games, Corn Hole, Horse Shoes, Volleyball. The inside is immaculate. Extra sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, soap, hair dryers, laundry unit, recliners and rockers are present. Numerous beds are present in varying sizes along with a futon and air mattress. The kitchen has pots and pans, mixing bowls, plates, cups, glasses, utensils, cleaning supplies, a large dining table and a supplied coffee nook. The spacious living room has 5 reclining units; a couch, and love seat and recliner. A 60inch TV accommodates streaming and lots of DVD’s. WIFI allows streaming on all TVs and texting and calling. It’s your home away from home right here at A&B Trail House. Come stay with us! We’re great host with a 5 Star Review. A keyless finger pad lock, with private code, allows secure and safe access to and from A&B Trail House. The front driveway allows you to enter the front door or drive around the residence to a lighted carport which allows access to the back door by way of a screened-in porch. Either access has sensors lighting and pad locks keeping your personal belongings safe and secure. Your hosts are readily accessible to assist with anything you may want or need. Their contact information will be in the TrailHouse Manual which is online and inside the A&B TrailHouse on the living room table. You may call their landline or cell phone, day or night, for assistance with anything. This is a quiet family-oriented neighborhood assuring a peaceful night’s sleep and an atmosphere for rest and relaxation. You will have the place to yourself with no traffic sounds. No age limit to stay here. Young and old are welcomed. Our spacious driveway accommodates any-sized trailer, which can remain stationary until you checkout. No need to trailer to trails. We are in the center of several different trails and you may ride your ATV to and from the trails. Your vehicles can remain parked under the carport out back or in the driveway out front. You may drive your ATV/UTV or dirtbikes on the road to the trailheads; which are only a 5 min trek. You may stop by the Dollar General, only 2 miles from us, or eat at Varney Snack Shack, Sherry-Bo’s Diner, Giovanni’s, Mi Pueblito’s, Trailhead Bar n Grill, Trail 12 or the Marathon. Basically, you may use your ATV for all transportation, wherever you may want to go. Plus, trail maps are present to assist you in getting around on the trails. Inside you will find an extra supply of pillows and blankets, closets with hangers, irons and hair dryers and extra cooking units. A Coffee Nook offers a new Keurig and Mr. Coffee with all amenities. The gas grill is always clean with tank filled and the fire pit has free wood and starter supplies. This peaceful and quiet community allows you to renew, decompress and relax after an intense day of riding the trails. A true, Home Away From Home. Just for you!
