Relax and enjoy this remodeled, tranquil family home with views of hay fields and rolling hills located at the end of a private drive. Included: A modern galley kitchen. Two bedrooms with queen beds (one bed adjustable with massage feature). 1.5 baths including tub shower and bidet. Spacious living room with 65” Smart TV and pull-out couch. Dining room with seating for 6. Dedicated office work space Golfing, kayaking (rentals if needed) and Hatfield McCoy trail minutes away. BBQ grill is charcoal. Very nearby Dollar General store carries supplies if wanted. You are welcome to leave unused supplies behind if you wish. Please do not use fire place/wood stove. It is non functional and not safe to use. Uber Eats will deliver to Farmhouse. Less than 10 minutes to Tornado Hatfield McCoy trail. There is room in driveway forward of mailbox or on grass next to carport for your trailer(s). Guests will gain access to house via electronic key pad lock on front door. Please touch screen, then touch the two random numbers that will appear, then enter code provided before arrival. Guests are kindly asked to remain in house, on decks, in parking areas and in immediate yard. Not to go past, or enter, out buildings or barns. Please do not use fire place/wood stove. It’s non functional and not safe to use. Please do take any vehicles (including off road) into fields or yard. Host is available via app and cell phone. There are also care takers in close proximity during waking hours. Toilet in full bath could be considered tight to wall and tub by some guests. There is no such issue/concern in additional half bath. Please do not use wood stove/fire place. It is non functioning and not safe to use. Uber eats will deliver to Farmhouse. There is a sister house next door if you have a large group.
