Take it easy at our unique, tranquil getaway in Princeton, WV! Our charming two-bedroom, 1 1/2 bath accommodation is perfect for those looking to explore all that the area has to offer. Featuring a pull-out sofa and a kitchenette, this space is ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. Enjoy your morning coffee on the sitting porch as you plan your day exploring the nearby waterfalls, skiing, rafting, and hiking trails. Two simple bedrooms with blackout blinds and window unit air conditioners. There is a half bath near the bedroom and a shower/full bath off the utility room downstairs, complemented by two living rooms for relaxation. It's not fancy but clean. The owner lives in the back part of the house with a separate entrance and private living quarters. Guests may not use the basement, garage, or back of the house (full kitchen, back dining room, back bedrooms, or back living room.) Access to the side porch at the top of the back outdoor stairs is prohibited. Quiet neighborhood with park across the street — swings, basketball court, slides, children’s climbing and picnic areas. Free to use.
