This cabin is a new build that was finished April 2024 on about an acre of land and is 5 minutes from multiple Hatfield McCoy trails. It is located about 20 minutes from 2 larger cities. We have 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps 7. Long pull through driveway with ample parking. Fully equipped kitchen, indoor bar seating as well as outdoor dining and patio seating, and fire pit, which makes this space perfect for relaxing after a long day of riding ATV’s, hunting, or fishing. The cabin has wood plank walls throughout. It has a front deck the length of the house with outdoor dining and patio seating. The master bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom that has shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The living room includes a queen sofa bed and a twin sleeper chair. Linens are provided for all. The backdoor opens to a small deck with limited seating. A fire pit sits at the end of the lower parking area and wood is provided. A coffee bar with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate is provided. Turn left or right and you are minutes from trails. The road in front of the cabin is a one lane paved road with places to pass others safely. There is one closet that is locked that guests do not have access to. The crawl space is off limits as well. Otherwise guests can use the rest of the house. Please be respectful of neighbors who live here year-round. Lots of homes in the mountains of West Virginia, including ours, uses a cistern for the water supply. This means we have a limited amount of non-potable water that can be used for showers, toilets, and cooking. There are two filters installed before the water enters the house, but we choose not to drink the water. We will provide bottled water for you to use for drinking. If you’re staying for an extended time you may need to get extra water. We have a standard 50 gallon hot water heater, so with multiple consecutive showers you may run out of hot water until it has time to refill.
