Family and friends will be close to everything when they stay at this centrally-located place. They have easy access to all the town’s amenities. Take a walk and enjoy the view of the Guyandotte River. You just might see some otters and cranes. You can bring your kayak board, a walking distance to the ramp to start kayaking. You’re minutes away from Hatfield and McCoy Trails. You can start at Bearwallow Trails. Maps and brochures are available in the Apartment. This Apartment has a large bedroom that has two Queen size beds with futon and 32” tv. This one bedroom has a divider curtain for privacy and can convert to two private bedroom. The LR has 3 full size couch with one converts to queen sleeper sofa. LR also has a 55” tv. The kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked with all necessities. It’s spacious enough giving the guests comfort and feeling at home. Located by the Guyandotte River. Sit or swing outside and peacefully watch the water flow by and possibly see otters or cranes in the water. While enjoying the view, you can grill your favorite meal. You can also take a walk across the bridge and have breakfast at Tudors or have lunch at Giovanni’s Pizza, Pizza Hut, Gino’s, Wendy’s, and Burger King. You have Family Dollar/Dollar Tree to get snacks or necessities or go to Foodland for groceries. Across the river, take your kayak down the ramp and go kayaking. Hatfield and McCoy Trails are the most popular excursions and only minutes away such as the Bearwallow Trail, only a few minutes away. Chief Logan State Park is 15 minutes away. It offers picnic areas, horse rides, swimming pools, playgrounds, theaters, and walking trails. Parking will accommodate 3 full size trucks with trailers. Or accommodate up to 5 regular size vehicles. All private parking. No smoking inside the apartment. Thank you. The whole Apartment downstairs accommodate all guests. Parking on the premise will accommodate up to 3 vehicles with trailers or up to 5 regular vehicles. You can easily contact me as your Host. I’m 3 minutes away. A good place to ride bikes or walk to exercise. Walking distance to schools, restaurants, stores, and canoeing. This apartment has a large one bedroom that accommodates 2 queen size beds, and a full size couch, with a 32” tv. The Living Room has 3 full size couch, with one converted to a queen size sofa bed, with a 55” tv. No smoking in the apartment. And please do not throw cigarettes butts on the parking lot. Thank you.
