Relax at this peaceful abode in a quiet neighborhood in Southern WV. You will have the downstairs of this home to yourself. This home is just steps to a church and steps to a community walking track and basketball court. 2 miles to Boone Memorial Hospital; 4 miles to Madison City Park and the water trail, 16 miles to WV Training and Conference Center; and 19 miles to Water Ways. Enjoy a large, African-theme bedroom with lots of closet space, a second bed in the music room, and a third bedroom with bunkbeds, a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom. Our sunroom may be used as a workspace or to play the piano. Please park your vehicle in front of the house by the fence. You are welcome to bring up to two vehicles and an ATV. The best way to get in touch with us is by messaging on via the Air bnb app. An emergency contact number will be provided when you check in. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood just minutes to Boone Memorial Hospital and the Wahanda Water Trail. It is perfect for travel nurses. This neighborhood is 10 minutes to the Hatfield McCoy Welcome Center. There is a community walking trail and playground. The home faces a church. The bedroom with bunk beds will be accessible for guests who pay for three or more guests. Please enjoy full use of the front yard. The unit upstairs may be booked to other guests who are welcome to use the back yard when enjoying our mountain air.
