We have flipped our garage apartment and are excited to rent it out! It is around 500 square feet tucked away in beautiful Kanawha City. It is 5 min away from Memorial Hospital and 7 min from UC. It’s clean, quiet, and cozy and would work great for a student or professional. It comes complete with complimentary coffee, internet, streaming device and Netflix, off street parking, and even a washer and dryer. We live on the same property and can accommodate with most reasonable things! Guests are welcome and encouraged to use the washer and dryer and there will be complimentary detergent and dryer sheets. My wife and I also live on the property and can assist with any issues that come up. I will get in and out of the garage from time to time to maintain the property. Papa John’s and Baskin Robins are 2 blocks from the space on MacCorkle Ave. We are a short drive from downtown (5 min) and south ridge is close by (15-20 min). The neighborhood is friendly with several folks walking dogs, riding bikes, and jogging. CAMC Hospital is less then 1 mile away and Thomas Hospital is a 15 min drive West. Downtown area is a 5 min drive with several shops, a mall, and bars. We use the bottom of the building for storage for yard equipment where there is also access to laundry for our guests. There are multiple points of entry for the space.
