This apartment rental with beautiful real-wood walls and a mural can sleep up to 12 guests. The 4 bedrooms have a total of 8 beds. A large living room area is available along with a shared outdoor patio. This rural stay is conveniently located across from a gas station to fill up side by sides. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and side by sides. Full kitchen, washer, and dryer. A large cozy apartment with enough space for the whole family! Across from a gas station, about a mile from the Ivy Trails. Shared firepit area and shared patio with picnic tables. Please note that events are frequently held on the shared patio. Near the former Hobet Mine. About 20 minutes from the Southridge shopping center and lots of dinner options in Charleston. You have access to the entire apartment and the shared patio. Food trucks will be parking in the lot next to the apartment over the summer, so the patio may be busy at times. Feel free to message me at any time on the app with any questions or concerns. The building you stay in is a duplex with rentals on both sides. I live about 3 miles away (at our other cabin location). The location is very rural. Across the road (within walking distance) is an Exxon station. There is a gas station within walking distance. You can also ride side by sides directly from this location to the Hatfield Mccoy trails or one of many outlaw trails. This can be rented alongside HCC Apt 2 (same duplex) to sleep a total of up to 19 people at the same location. Cell service in the area can be bad with certain carriers. However, wifi is available!
