River Cottage is at the foothills of High Rocks (outlaw trail). It’s Convenient to Berwind lake which has a (swimming pool). Three comfortable porches to enjoy the beautiful mountains, the river in the backyard, the birds, and deer. We are Pet friendly. Front and back porch. Also, an indoor porch for social interacting, relaxing. Front ramp and a back ramp to porch. Pleasant, great neighborhood ATV friendly roads in this county. You may ride to Welch or the lake. You can get on and off trails to highway and ride to connecting trails. Ramp access to front door. Also, ramp access to back porch. Doors are wide throughout home entrance, bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a wheelchair. Back yard with a river view and the sounds of the rapids flowing over the beautiful rocks. A beautiful Pear Tree 🌳 you will hear the birds and you may see the squirrels and deer.
