This house is located just minutes from access to Warrior Trail # 16, from the town of War for restaurants, gas and groceries, and from Berwind Lake for scenic route and relaxation. There is parking available on both sides and in front of this house for trucks and trailers. You can ride your ATVs almost anywhere you want to go from this house. Local grocery store and restaurants are only 7 minutes away. Most close by around 8 pm if not earlier. The gas station remains open until around 11 pm.
