This 3 bed 2 bath home sits right in the heart of atv country. Access the Spearhead trails of Va and the Hatfield and Mccoy trails in Wv. After a long day of riding you can come back and relax by the pool/hot tub or hang out inside with WiFi. This home can easily house 10 people with room to spare. While there is plenty of parking there is a tight 180 degree turn that can fit a 24’ max trailer. $500 Refundable Damage deposit required. Along with having three trails systems to choose from, you will have full access to our pool area that includes outside seating and a grill. You and your guests will have full access to the entire property including the pool, the kids play area and the additional lot for parking. We want to thank you for staying with us. Message us and we will answer you as quickly as possible. Spearhead Trails, Hatfield McCoy Trails and the Pocahontas Trail Head Parking available at the house and additional parking above the house. There is a sharp turn on Dunn rd. Largest truck and trailer up hill is 24’ enclosed behind a long bed dually.
